Looking for Roommate

I really really love this apartment!

My current roomie is moving for work and I can't afford this place on my own. Hoping I can find someone to renew the lease with. Rent would be $900/month and utilities are a maximum of $150 a month.

The apartment is 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. In addition to your room, there is a big living room and an area for you to set up a home office and a big kitchen with lots of counter space and nice appliances.

It's right by the beach, right by Montrose park, walkable to Jewel, Aldi, and Target. In my experience very easy to find free street parking less than a block away. 4 minute walk to the Red Line and across the street from the 78 and 151 buses and a block away from 135 and 148 buses.

I typically work from home but often travel for work. I have a lot of furniture already like a big nice couch, entertainment center and TV, kitchen table and chairs. I have 2 window units for AC in the summer and it has a furnace for central heat in the winter.

I'm an easy going person. Hoping I can stay in this apartment!
