I am searching on behalf of my friend (and neighbor) as there is a rather imminent need to find something pronto. She is a very sweet & warm person who is extremely respectful, thoughtful, considerate and generous. If my husband and I had the soace, we wouldn't hesitate to move her in to our apartment. She is well traveled throughout the U.S. and has had an extensive background working, living & playing in the outdoors; examples are living on a houseboat and being a rafting guide. She is very clean and quiet and while personable, she is non-confrontational and steers clear of any sort of drama and content keeping to herself. She is a caretaker to a friend of mind who has had multiple issues including leg amputation. Our friend is staying in an extended care center as she faces at least one more surgery and recovering from additional complications. They will eventually be sharing an apartment when our friend has medical clearance to do so. This makes a long term lease impractical, so ideally a shorter term or month to month situation is ideal. She is able to complete this info on her own, but due to time constraints I am doing this unbeknownst to her in my enormous quest and desire to find a solution favorable for both rentor & rentee!
