About Me

Hello potential roommate!

My name is Danielle. I am about to graduate with an MS and will be moving to Miami for my first real professional job in my field of study, a research position in a lab on the University of Miami medical campus. I've visited Miami once before and loved it, but living there will definitely be a new experience for me.

I am from Greenville, SC, but have spent most of my time over the last couple of years in Brazil because I studied at the Universidade de Sao Paulo in SP, Brazil for my Master's. I have also done quite a bit of traveling, so I am excited about the international vibe of Miami.

I'm a pretty chill person to live with. I love to go out and have a good time! I love beer, music, dancing...LOVE the beach. I would be glad to have a roommate who likes to get out to explore the city; I'm sure you don't really run out of new things to see in Miami.

I'm not bothered by a whole lot. BUT, here are a few things that are important to me concerning sharing an apartment: 1) Although I love people and having fun, I also think that privacy in the living space is important. So, we should let the other know when either of us is planning to have anyone over. Kickbacks/groups of more than two people over should be cleared with the other in advance. 2) I'm not big on sharing food, unless we have planned to cook something together. 3) I like to keep a relatively neat place, and common chores should be split evenly. 4) Sometimes I have a weird schedule, so if you know that you are a super light sleeper, and you're gonna wake up if there is movement/cooking/doors late at night or early in the morning, we may not be a great fit. 5) NO entry into the other person's room without permission.

Anyways, reach out if you would be interested in rooming! I would love to have a conversation with you! email: degill@g.clemson.edu snapchat: dg123098
