About Me

I'm a pretty chill guy, generally very easy going and friendly. I like to play video games, workout a couple of times a week (I go to 24 Hour Fitness), watch sports when I can, and watch TV (I stream a lot of stuff on Netflix and Disney+). I do like to play basketball and ultimate frisbee, but have not done so in the last few years. I also have 3 rabbits (all 7-8 months old) - a mini Rex and 2 Holland Lops - that I allow to roam around the house when I'm home. Let me know if there's anything else you'd like to know. Also, I am very 420 friendly, as I partake regularly myself. However, I currently am not partaking as I am in the process of looking for a new job (my current contract position is ending 11/13)

Townhome in a good gated community

My home is a 3 bed, 3 bath townhouse with a 2-car garage spread out over 3 stories, with the garage on the first floor. I have 1 unfurnished room available on the third floor with a private bathroom. The room is approximately 12' x 12' (perhaps a bit larger) with a closet that is approximately 2' x 5'.

Utilities will be split (will probably be $75 to $150 a month).

Just a note: my ideal roommate is at least pet friendly (if you have a pet, that's ok, just know that I allow my rabbits to roam around the house when I'm home), is 420 friendly (if you partake, even better), and occasionally drinks (but isn't excessive). Another note: please be respectful of what alcohol I already have - and I have a lot (there's a lot of liquor, and a lot of beers that are bottle aging in the fridge).
