It’s a spacious, two bed, two bath, 2nd floor unit, with a quaint patio deck. There’s a fireplace practically in the center of the common area but it’s al good. No hardwood floors or fancy faucets.
From what I could tell, there’s def plenty closet space too. I’m almost certain there’s no W/D but def hookups. Which from current, personal experience it’s not a big deal.
Rent is 1100 but since I’m calling the bedroom with attached bath, it’s only fair I pay 600 and you pay 500. All utilities split right down the center.
