Jake M M - $1,600/month

Hi, I'm Jake and im looking for someone to room with somewhere near LA Trade Tech College (downtown, pico union, westlake). I am going to school for fashion design this coming fall and im trying to move in somewhere around July/August. I have a tuxedo cat named fat cat but if theres no pets allowed, I will leave her at home. I am from Ventura County, and I am laid back, don't mind smoking, drinking, etc.
I like to keep a somewhat clean house, clean kitchen is a must for me and I love to cook too. I'm fine with just splitting the rent, but I also wouldn't mind being friends as well. I like fashion, cats, and going out. I usually keep myself pretty busy with work/school, so I will likely be out of the house most of the time. Would prefer a place with a private bathroom. I play bass but wouldn't be loud or can even connect my headphones to my amp. Just looking for someone else who's laidback!!
