Anthony A - $600/month

The last month for my apartment's lease is May, so I'm looking to move out either in the middle of or near the end of May. Always willing to help keep the common/shared areas clean (as well as my own, of course). I've never missed a rent payment and always either paid on time or at least a week in advance. I typically keep to myself and respect people's space/privacy. I work at Costco and only have one membership card left to give, so that would have to go to the homeowner if you wanted to use it. Looking for a long-term, month-to-month stay.
