Hello, I have a beautiful 4 bedrooms 2 ½ bath home. Two bedrooms are now for rent. My home is over 2400 sq feet which makes it large enough for three people. I have a nice back yard and great curb appeal (unless the grass hasn’t been cut).
I am looking for a nice working person/professional/student/retired roommate to share my home starting NOVEMBER 1, 2019. I prefer someone who can stay at least 6 months if not longer. The rent is $550/$650 per month plus 1/3 electric. For your convenience, you get fiber optic wifi. Everyone in the house will participate in making sure the house is clean and picked up at all times. I don’t expect you to be a maid or house Keeper because I am not one either. If you desire to have garage space for your car it is an additional $50 per month. There is ample parking on the property for your car.

My goal is that a room-mate will enjoy living here and be part of the household. What is here is for your use: ie: dishwasher, stand up freezer, washer and dryer, kitchen cookware, dining room, a beautiful living room and more. I would hope that you could make it your home away from home while you are on your life journey. I will ask for references and a cleaning fee. Background check may be needed. No deposit if your references are likable. I have one 14 pound Yorkie. She is the love of my life.
