I hate when it rains and love when it snows, cz I dont drive 😄 I like going for walks and jogs and occassionally playing video games. Im the youngest of 4 siblings and currently live with my parents. Looking to be close to the skytrain/amenities and closer to work. I work part-time in a residential complex as a concierge for a property management company. My work schedule is 3-11pm on the weekends, so I would prefer living with someone that isnt too fussy about sleeping times/noise at night. Im comfortable doing all my chores (cleaning/laundry/dishwashing/etc) I mostly order my groceries on Instacart so I dont have to go to the grocery store as often, only if I need a small thing or 2. I would prefer living in either a townhouse or apartment unit with only 1 other room mate. I would also prefer if you are a non-smoker and dont have any pets. I am open to Vancouver/Burnaby/New Westminster area with low crime within walking distance to a skytrain station.
