I'm finally leaving my spot after 11 years to move in with my partner. And looking for someone as kind & chill to move in with my current mates:)

Move in can be any time between mid-April & June 1st.

I'm even leaving behind a majority of the furniture seen here!

Must be able financially stable & able to sign a lease that goes to November 30, 2021 (option to renew!) and provide the following to mgmt:
Copy of Valid photo ID

Proof of income
Last year W-2
Last 2 months bank statements
Proof of rent paid for last 3 months
Credit Report
First month and Security Deposit (security deposit equal to $919)

The landlord/mgmt company are amazing! Our own handy man to service the building! Curbed trash service! THIS IS A STEAL OF A PLACE!

The roommates are two males in their early 30's, both are currently work from home. Super clean, respectful & friendly. And we are COVID smart!

Most of the common area furniture I will be leaving behind, so the place will practically be fully furnished!
