Mark A - $1,500/month

I’m currently teaching Online. I felt a connection to NYC over some visits earlier and I’ve spent the summer getting to know the city and now want a more permanent situation here. I spend my free time exploring the parks and museums here in NYC. May try some improv classes soon as I get more established. I’m a pretty contemplative person and will meditate from time to time. I spent about 3 years in the corporate world then traveled in South America for a year then taught Adults ESL and Math and other subjects for about 6 years now. I’m pretty easy to live with, pretty low maintenance and respectful. Will keep common areas clean for sure and will keep my room relatively clean. One quark that I’m working on is that I can forget to close cabinet drawers but I’ve worked on it and will definitely be aware of this and do my best to stop this habit.
