Hi! I’m Josephine 👋 I’m 23 and am looking for a roommate that’s interested in living in the UES or further downtown around the lower east side. Ideally would want to sign a lease by mid-April (some flexibility for earlier/later). My max budget is around $1,650.

A lil bit about me: I work in marketing and will be hybrid (3 days in-person and 2 WFH). I love meeting new people, trying out new restaurants, and being active. As a roommate, I’m super respectful and like to keep common areas clean and am looking for someone who is the same!
