Stefany - $900/month

Hello! I am looking for a cat-friendly room to rent beginning mid-June to July in Manhattan or possibly Brooklyn. Open to Astoria as well. Max budget is $900. My cat can stay in my bedroom if it's a problem, but she's super sweet, chill, declawed, just an older girl who wants to relax in her later years.

I am fully vaccinated and careful with Covid-restrictions.

About me, I am a busy person who works full time and likes to hang out with friends, explore the city, see some live music. In terms of roommates we don't have to be besties but it'd be cool if we got along and sometimes go out for lunch/dinner or watch some shows, drink wine, etc, occasionally.

I am tidy, respectful, honest, and VERY chill to be around. Looking for minimum a year. I can provide roommate/landlord references, including the one I am currently in.
