Hello, my name is Alma, I currently have the master suit in my house available for rent. I live there with my three kids 2 boys and the youngest a girl. They are 17, 12 and 9. They mostly stick to themselves and are pretty chill kids. I have two dogs a Saint Bernard who is protective but once he gets to know you and your sent then you become part of his family pack. The other is a blue heeler mix who is full of energy. I work graveyard shift on Thur/ Fri/Saturdays and I occasionally pick up extra shifts. I work for the Department of Human Services at a youth center. I'm pretty chill for the most part. I don't really have visitors, I just focus on spending my off time with my kids. No baby daddy drama its just the 4 of us. I'm not a Super clean freak but I also do not like chaos and my kids are required to do chores daily.

Hello, I have a Master suit for rent that is a good size with large window for natural light. It is on the second floor of the house. Double doors entry to the room and a separate tub and shower with a walk in closet. The house has four bedrooms and a basement. My oldest son has the basement. All the bedrooms are on the second floor of the house. You will have your own parking space in the three car garage if you choose to and or park on the street if you'd like. The house comes with a large back deck that has a fire pit and is perfect for backyard sun tanning in the summer. The grassy part of the yard is reserved for the dogs. Washer dryer in the house along with AC and a security system. the rest of the house is shared. All utilities include in the rent. The neighborhood is Piney Creek located in Centennial nice and quiet and comes with a large private community pool with tennis and basketball courts. There is rec center not too far down the road called Trails Rec center and if you show proof of address you can sign up at a discount if you would like to go there.
