This room is available for single occupancy only. You have access to all common areas of the home.
Access to: Living Room, Huge Kitchen, Spacious Backyard, Storage Space in Garage.

I do have a highly trained pup. He goes to work with me every weekday.
The only house rules are:
1) No smoking of any kind
2) No parties
3) Must keep and leave common areas clean when you are finished using them (living room/kitchen/etc)
First month's rent and deposit are due prior to moving in.
There's a 60 inch TV in the living room, full kitchen, porch, and close proximity parking.
I'm very big on keeping shared spaces clean for everyone else.
There are currently 3 people living in the home. This room is the last one available.
