I used to live in the living room but due to the pandemic I have been spending time at my bf's place, I will stop by from time to time. You have the option to either rent the room for $980 but if you are interested in renting the whole apartment including the living room that will be $1250. If you choose to rent the room only then the living room will be closed

The apartment is located in West Harlem near A,C, B, D (145th str) and 3
Move-in fees: 1 month rent + 1 month's security, No smoking/ no pets.

The lease ends 2/28/22 with renewal potential.

I'm looking for a female who is reliable, who is clean and who pays rent on time. No house parties and overnight guests. Should you have a family member or a friend visit for a couple of days visit that can be discussed.
