It would be nice to live with someone that I can socialize with from time to time. I like to try out new recipes to share. I enjoy having a couple friends over for tea or dinner. I get along with my neighbours. It's a small building so I know who everyone is. It would be nice to live with someone close to my age, so I think 35-50 would be a good fit.
