Our transitional living opportunity is an affordable alternative for individuals navigating the challenging housing situation in Los Angeles. We offer separate units exclusively housing single adult women, men, and LGBTQ+. All bedrooms and bathrooms are shared with roommates. Prices are a flat montly $600 for a bunk bed or $750 for a single bed. The rent includes all utilities: water, power, cable TV, and 1 gig internet. The shared kitchen is equipped with refrigerators, stove, microwave, dishware, and cookware.
