I am moving to NYC from Minnesota and looking to take over a lease in Gramercy Park or the LES (but flexible depending on the unit). My budget is ~$2000 a month and I’m hoping for 1-2 roommates in their mid - upper 20’s (im 26) as I’ll be new to the city and would love to have people to explore with ☺️. My move in date is flexible. I am a business analyst for an energy drink brand I love what I do.

I enjoy trying new restaurants, hanging out with friends & fam, shopping (need to enjoy this one less lol) and traveling is a huge passion of mine.
