Jessica S - $1,500/month

Hi everyone! I’m Jess. I’m moving to NYC this January and starting my job mid January. I’m looking for apartments/roommates around Battery Park, lower Manhattan area, but I’m flexible! I’m 21, from Philadelphia, and just finished my Bachelors from Temple University. My budget is going to be around $1000-$1500 and do not have a preference with the amount of roommates. I would say I keep to myself most of the day but I do like to go out regularly and explore! I enjoy going out and staying active. I love running and going to the gym as much as I can! I’m a huge foodie and love trying new places, wineries, cafes, etc! I will be working on a hybrid schedule for the time being, so I will be in and out of the apartment. I am pet friendly, so I am open if you have any pets!
