Hi, I'm Richard and I currently work for Signature Bank NY as a Compliance Analyst in Financial Intelligence.
I am always open to learning new things and continuously seeking out new experiences. I am a NY and NJ barred Attorney from both Fordham Law School and from Madrid's Universidad Pontificia Comillas and I have an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.
I also have a passion for traveling and languages. From the palaces of Azerbaijan to the Pillars of Hercules in Ceuta and Gibraltar to gold-panning in Ballarat, Australia, I enjoy going to the ends of the Earth and gaining cultural insights. In terms of languages, I currently work in a job that focuses in on my fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and I speak several other languages as well. I also love to have detailed political science discussions, especially if the person argues logically and persuasively. My most enduring friendships have always been those that come from political conversations.

Master Bedroom in LES 2 Bedroom
The apartment overall is a first-floor walkup in the Lower East Side. The total square footage of the apartment is circa 350 sq. ft. This is an ad for the Master Bedroom for $1150, all water and heat included.
The room itself is about 122 sq. ft. (10 ft. 8 in. by 11 ft. 6 in.) with its own built-in closet, fire-escape, two large windows, ad a shared bathroom. There is a pre-installed window airconditioning unit and a radiator in the room. I prefer that you bring your own furniture, but the current tenant is willing to negotiate if you would like to buy his furniture from him.
The kitchen is completely stocked with appliances, dishes, pots, pans, trays, utensils, and the like, so you can use all of these items from day one.
In terms of access, we are less than three blocks away from the (1) Grand Street B/D station, (2) 2ND Ave F station, and (3) Bowery Street J/Z station, meaning that commuting to work should be easy.
September 1st Move-In is ideal, but we will work with you if you would like to move in a few weeks earlier or later. My former roommate is willing to sell his bed, and small tables if you would prefer a furnished room, but we can also junk them if you prefer to bring your own furniture.
