Here are a some quick basics:
The room is available June 1, 2021.
Room on the main floor, with two off-street windows and independent heat/AC.
Couples or singles, any gender or orientation welcome.
Sorry, no pets of any kind.
Off-street car parking & secure bicycle storage.
Well-connected to frequent public transit - quick trip to UW, downtown, NSC, and more.
Walkable: < 1 mile to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee, shopping, park, post, library.
Bedroom unfurnished.
Rent $850, or $950 for a couple. Bills (incl. high speed internet) divided equally (with 3 people, between ~$65-120/month).
Deposit $600, usually due immediately to hold the room -- it becomes your refundable security deposit when you move in (paying in installments is ok if housemate chosen more than a month in advance). Last month's rent due early, but not before move in, and can be spread out over the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd months.
Six month lease -- or longer -- is preferred.
