I am a 21 year old professional who is respectful, quiet and responsible. I recently graduated from McGill University in Montreal, QC and moved to NYC for full-time work in the FiDi (preference is for accommodations with a commute of <30mins by public transit). In my free time I enjoy drawing, working out, exploring the city and meeting new people.

I am looking for a single furnished room for a 1-3 month minimum term. I am available from 04/01/2023 and have a budget of $2,300/month. I would like to share with men or women in their 20s. In-building laundry facility required, in-unit W/D preferred. Gym is a bonus.
