North park Room w/private bath, utilities inc.

Spacious bedroom with private bath located in central University Heights. The room can be furnished with a bed, desk, and nightstands if desired . All bills included (Wi-Fi, w/s/g, utilities). We have a washer and dryer in our house.

Short term rentals considered. 6 months is ideal (or more) Great option for traveling nurses or someone wanting to get familiar with north park/UH and hillcrest. We’re in an amazing area, if you aren’t familiar with San Diego, with lots of cute bars, restaurant, shops very close by.

The house is a good sized bath townhouse concept. LGBTQ + home with 2 adult males mid 30’s. We’re both pretty easy going with open communication and chill vibes. We keep things relatively low key when we’re home and try to make our home a sanctuary for all its inhabitants. We try to be respectful and clean up after ourselves (and each other =P) We already have a friendly, hypoallergenic (doesn’t shed) Mini-schnauzer and unfortunately can’t take anymore pets.
