Room available in Brickell two story loft!

The unit is 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath on the 21st floor. Both bedrooms + private bathrooms are upstairs, and half bath is downstairs. You would have the master with its own large balcony (in addition to the balcony downstairs) The bedrooms are completely separate from one another, but there aren’t bedroom doors. You can get creative with how you’d like to block it off (current roommate and I use room dividers). I’d be open to another cat, but dogs aren’t permitted for renters. If you have a car you’ll need to rent a parking space in the garage from another resident in the building, which I can help with!

The space is beautiful and has an awesome view. 25 foot ceiling and lots of natural light. Plenty of amenities and perfect location right on the river. The residents, staff, and management are all wonderful as well!
