- Private secondary kitchen with storage space & an entire fridge shared with only another tenant.

- A friendly cat that loves to be petted.

The landlords/the other tenant:
- Landlords: we are an Asian couple in our early thirties, both native in English, full time employed & will be assuming a hybrid work schedule.
- The other tenant: A friendly gentleman from Hawaii who is working full-time (not WFH) and usually away on weekends.

Who we are looking for:
- Someone responsible (male tenant preferred due to bathroom sharing) who is employed full-time and can pay rent on time.
- Doesn't do a lot of heavy cooking (due to limited kitchen space/storage)
- Owns a pair of headphones/earplugs and respect other tenants' noise tolerance level.
- Keeps the common area & his own room clean.
- Is not allergic to cats or dogs
