Single mom looking for roommate or other single parent

I am a single mom looking for ideally another single parent to room with. However, if you don't mind children, that would also be great! My son is around 2 and goes to daycare during the weekday. I work from home with occasional travel. I have a friendly small dog, and I am open to other pets if they can get along. This house only has 1 bathroom, but I personally have no problems sharing as long as a decent effort is made to keep it and the common areas tidy. I'm not a clean freak by any means, but I try to keep the space relatively organized and not overrun with toys. As you can see, there is a yard. Obviously, I'm not looking for someone who stays up super late and has guests over all the time, but I don't mind if you invite friends over every now and then for a BBQ, hangout, etc.
