I am looking for a roommate to share a main level, two bedroom walk out apt. at the Preserve at Travis Creek - South Austin. I am currently subleasing the unit until Feb., then will sign a new lease for 12 months. I have two, friendly dogs, and the unit has a patio and huge yard. The yard backs up to Barton Creek Greenbelt with trails, etc. The complex has a gym, two pools, and several other amenities.
The apt. is updated, with wood floors, upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in unit. The main area is furnished with sofa, chairs, huge flat screen TV, kitchen table and chairs. The bedroom is not furnished.
