All of these will be for your own private use. One and a half flights up in peaceful townhouse in northwest Bed-Stuy Brooklyn for $2,200/mo. Month to month, available now, attractive, comfortable, in excellent condition. Cats welcome, no dogs, no smoking, no vaping, no couples, no fee, you pay gas and electric.

Kitchen shared with vegan male, 42 years old, musician/composer, very neat, clean, pleasant, considerate, and quiet. He has been vegan eighteen years and speaks English and Spanish fluently. Transit by train from here to downtown and midtown Manhattan and to many points in Brooklyn and Queens is rapid and convenient. The building is halfway between the G train’s Bedford-Nostrand and Myrtle-Willoughby stops, so, a six to nine minute walk to either. From them, 10 minutes by train to downtown Brooklyn (G), 15 minutes to Fulton St in downtown Manhattan (G›A/C), 20 minutes to 14th St in Manhattan (G›L), 30 minutes to 53rd St in midtown Manhattan (G›E). Very quick transit via A and C trains to West Midtown, Columbus Circle, and the Upper West Side (as you probably are aware, the A train is the fastest train in the city).
