2 bed 2 bath Apt - Washougal Wa

Hey! My name is Cody and I’m 28(M) looking for a roommate in the downtown Washougal area. Apartment is 2 bed 2 bath, and move in date would be April 1st. The lease is currently month-to-month but can be set for 12 monts, so both short term or long term would work. I have a pup and the lease would allow for 1 other animal. Pics included of the apartment + includes a garage. The picture of the bedroom would be yours. Centrally located near countless parks, places to eat or grab coffee and many hikes throughout the gorge.

A little about myself - I work full time on a hybrid schedule so some mornings I’ll wfh as well as the occasional Friday, but usually I’m in the office from 9-5. Big fan of the outdoors: hiking, skiing, camping, etc. but also really enjoy staying in and cooking/watching a movie. Would be great to find someone with similar interests, but also not a deal breaker. I enjoy being social and have friends over to play games/have dinner parties, but am considerate of quiet hours.

I’ve got a 9 month old Aussie / Border Collie pup, named Aioli, who is house trained and well behaved. She’s great with other dogs, so would be open to having another dog join the lease if it’s a good fit. She occasionally stays home, but is usually at doggy daycare or at work with me.
