Urgently seeking reliable roommate(s)!

Hello! My name is Jakk.
I'm currently living in a spacious 2 bed/2 bath apartment in East Hollywood. Due to a recent breakup, I now find myself urgently needing a new roommate.
The room available is the larger of the two, with its own bathroom and shower attached. There is one parking space in the garage included, which will be all yours. Electricity and gas are the utilities not included with the rent, and will be split evenly between roommates.
Pets are welcome, so long as they are already cat friendly, as I have two cats that currently live here. They are very friendly with humans and friendly animals, having lived with dogs, other cats, reptiles and other small pets before.
