I'm super cool with people having parties / staying up late / having new people around. Even though I'm not really a huge partier lol

I still get up for work every morning with no problem so I don't understand rental ads like "must be super quiet, no guests, etc." Kind of psychopathic if you ask me.

I don't video-game but I'm cool with gamer peeps. Last game I played was probably Halo (yes the first one).

I'm out of the house almost all the time, including after work, but sometimes I'll come home to make dinner after work.

Totally down with coming home to people using the common areas, chilling outside, whatever.

Basically I'm cool with just about everything but I'm not a degenerate, if that makes sense.

I'm a financial analyst for a pretty well-known investment bank in D.C. but not nerdy at all (cough, cough co-workers).

Also I'm super familiar with D.C. and surrounding areas so always down for day-trips to cool spots, new bars, whatever.
