I am a mechanical engineer and recently excepted a job in the charlotte area. I have a dog and I’m into cars. I would prefer a place that has a fenced in area and a garage. My dog is around 40 pounds and is really good with other people and dogs. I have no clue how he is with cats.

My hobbies include gym, rock climbing, and being outdoors. I’ll be new to the area so a place in a good area with lots to do would be preferable. I’m not a clean freak, but I hate a messy place. I pick up after myself and would like others who do the same
