I am approaching this site as someone who is leaving a long term partner. I'm a creative and cat lady type and have my own car. I have a lot of books and other items but I may get a storage unit. I like to stay clean with everyday tasks and I always like to stay prepared with general supplies.
I will have one female fixed 3 year old tabby cat who is laid back. She has lived with two male cats before and got along with them.

I will often be out and about driving for my varied jobs and desire a safe place to be in during the evenings as well as a place my car will be safe and secure. I will make sure the place is secured, maintained, and fresh smelling. My room will have clutter but I keep it in my personal space how possible.

I am lbgt+ friendly, liberal, and accepting of substances when safe. I do like planning ahead so I know what to expect so communication is vital to me. Looking for mainly women and nonbinary. I want to avoid living with a cis straight man due to past relationships.

I love movies, shows, and video games mainly for the visual arts. As much as I like dogs, I will not live with one for many reasons.

My situation may not be assured to be short or long term. I often pay my part of rent in parts the month before it's due.
