Room for rent in 2/2 apartment in Delray

I am a female PhD student with two cats looking to fill the second bedroom in my apartment with preferably a female (but potentially open to others) ages 21-36. You would have your own room, with a nice view of the field in the back, and your own bathroom with a shower/tub. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are furnished, but I am willing to make changes as needed to make it feel like your home too. There is a full washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, etc. There is a front patio with a fence and a back screened in patio (only accessible through my bedroom though). There is also a storage closet in the front patio. The community has a pool, hot tub, and sauna. It's only about 10 minutes to FAU and 10-15 to Atlantic Ave.

Your portion would be $1,100 + internet $31 + electric $75, so $1,206 total per month (I’d pay $100 more bc I’m in the slightly bigger room). You will also be required to get renters insurance, and do the HOA application with a background and credit check. Your lease will be separate form mine, and the landlord will require your portion of a security deposit (equivalent to base rent).

I'm a female biology PhD student with 2 cats looking for a graduate student or professional (or a mature undergraduate) roommate. Must be okay with my 2 cats roaming around and be responsible enough to not let them outside/respect their space. I am very clean and like to keep the place tidy. I don't stay up very late or wake up super early, unless I’m going in the field that day. I have a lot of random hobbies but nothing that would disturb anyone else living with me. My main requirements for a roommate are: nice to cats, clean, respectful of other people’s space.
