I currently have a roommate who is moving out and would love to share this apartment with someone new! This apartment is 1000 sqft with a dishwasher and a laundromat on the first floor. The apartment amenities includes trash removal, heat and water so we only pay for WiFi and electric. The apartment is fully furnished and I am a clean, quiet and respectful roommate. I work a 9-5 so I'm mainly home at night and weekends. I'd love to be friends but I am also fine with just being respectful of each other's spaces and cohabitating.
