Hi! My name is Alison, I’m a young professional and am looking for a female roommate beginning December 1st. I have a gorgeous, brand new 2 bed 2 bath apartment in a luxury building, located in Mission Valley. The room is large with a massive walk in closet and private bathroom. Apartment is furnished, but your room is not. The complex has 2 pools, 3 gyms, and 3 game rooms.

Looking for someone to sign on for the remainder of my lease which is up in July 2023. Must have 750+ credit score. I’m very easy going, responsible, and like to keep things clean. Hopefully you do too!

I don’t have any pets, but don’t mind if you do. The building does allow them with an additional fee.

Rent: $1900 Deposit: $2000
