Hey there! I'm Viv, and I'm on the lookout for a room to rent starting July 1st, 2025, in Glendale or thereabouts. I'm a 57- year-old working professional, so I'm seeking a calm and comfortable place to call home. I'm hoping to find a friendly housemate.

I'm looking for a room where the rent is no more than $1200-1300 a month. I am happy to share with either men or women aged between 35 and 65. I am financially responsible and committed to respecting shared spaces. You will find me easy to communicate with and I am used to living in shared spaces. I am willing to take turns with chores.
