Married couple offering a (admittedly small, approx 8x15) private bedroom for rent. We're in no hurry to rent, just looking for a good roommate. Shared private driveway with a minimum one parking spot, electronic gate, and off-street package shelter for deliveries.
We like video games, going to concerts, and we play tabletop games. Very much homebodies but we're quiet, clean, and considerate. We're very friendly, and accommodating to any schedule or housing needs.
