garden-level basement with private bathroom (shower only) and living room, a bedroom, a dining room. Washer/dryer downstairs (shared) and a shared kitchen on main floor. No smoking (pot is ok) or any other drugs, prefer a non drinker, someone quiet and not a lot of company. Street parking, but plenty of it. Fenced in back yard, garden, covered back patio, grill, WiFi and DirecTV included, along with electricity, water, AC and heat included. Highlands East neighborhood, built in the 60's, very nice neighborhood, 2 miles from I-225 and close to several bus routes.
There is also a full sized refrigerator downstairs and a microwave.
