My name is Taylor Capps. I'm originally from a suburb of LA, but have made my way across the country to DC after a four year stint in Nashville for college. I bought my apartment in March 2018 - it's a two story, two bedroom, two bathroom unit in a building right near Logan Circle - and am looking for someone to fill the upstairs bedroom. A little about me - I work in public affairs and crisis communications at Burson Cohn & Wolfe (BCW), love to cook and bake, and have a shameless obsession for the cult-like workout classes taking over the city (yes, I'm talking about SoulCycle, Rumble and Barry's). The Zenith
My apartment is a two story, two bedroom, two bath unit on the first floor of an apartment building. You enter on the top floor, which has one bedroom and bathroom (the one I'm seeking to fill) and go downstairs to the common area, which is a huge room with a dining room table, sectional couch, coffee table and TV, along with the kitchen, which has a bar. The common areas are hardwood floors, with carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom. Both were completely redone when I bought the place in March 2018. I also upgraded the shades and cabinets, and installed a built-in on the upper level with tons of closet space. Past the kitchen is my bedroom and bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit (brand new, installed in June), washing machine, AC, heat and WiFi. The entire building is electric - so the stove is an electric stove. The building requires a fob to get in (or I can be called via the call box), has a package room for deliveries, a communal BBQ and an outdoor seating area in the front of the building. My apartment also comes with a storage unit in the basement. The building is also in an amazing location, right near Logan Circle, close to all the best spots on 14th St. and central to pretty much everything.
