Laundry in building. Big back yard with bbq and fire pit. Walking distance to bus route, Fortinos, IKEA Burlington, Shoppers Drug Mart, TD and two huge plazas that have a plethora of businesses

You will be living with Monica F 27 and my roommate Marshall M28 . We are quiet and clean but still like to socialize in the common area from time to time. Mostly keep to ourselves. House common area and kitchen is fully furnished with TV that you can use any streaming service on there but room will have to be your responsibility for furnishing.

Must be ok with living with a cat
