My name is Tim Baker,26, I am looking for a room to rent with my fiance Amber Germershausen,31 we are originally from Baltimore Maryland but we moved out here in February, but recently our landlord sold the property. We are very respectful, we strive to keep everything neat and clean, and we like to be organized. We both work in the substance abuse field and I am going to school to become a licensed counselor. We have a small dog who is potty trained, and very well behaved! He very rarely barks if ever! We are very punctual and on time with paying rent!
