Hello - I've recently purchased a newly built Townhome in Riverside (77004) off of 288 and Riverside, right next to the Bayou. I’m seeking 2 roommates that are either professionals or Grad/College students. I’m a 27-year-old male, business professional, who is rarely home during the day. Home was built this year (2020) and we will be the 1st tenants. I have 2 rooms available:
• (13x11) on the 3rd floor down the hall from me with your own en suite bathroom
• (12x10) on the 1st floor, where you will be by yourself by the front door/garage, also with your own en suite bathroom
