Just me as the only other roommate, month-to-month, you'd get a private room and bath with all-bills-paid, and off-street parking, fenced yard, covered front patio.
This is a mgmt. co. property, and they have given roommate permission, and while I'll remain the only leaseholder, you must pass their background check. I do need a standard month-to-month lease promising a 30-day move-out notice executed by you and me.
PETS are allowed, but between you and mgmt. co, who requires a non-refundable large deposit, monthly pet rent, and proof of all vaccinations and mo. flea treatment.. =( I'd then also require a $500 refundable deposit vs. $250.
