About Me

Hi, my name is Chris and I am looking for a roomate that is professional and has the ability to pay on time. I live alone and am generally working the majority of the day at my business.
The room is completely furnished with a brand new mattress too. Bathroom is clean and across the hall from your room.
I am an aspiring artist so do alot of painting in the backyard which is mostly dirt at the moment as I have not done anything with it. The house is clean and quiet. The family room is where I generally hangout and watch tv, as it is a large tv with netflix and amazon prime. Separate bathroom across the house.
This is the Downtown area so plenty to do at night if you like going out.
I am not looking for kids or pets.
Three drawbacks currently:
1) I have no washer or dryer, I have a great laundromat I drop off and pickup one minute from the house, they fold it all and its cheap.
2) I have no oven. This I will be replacing when the kitchen remodel is complete, over the next couple months.
3) Your room is next to a home with a yappy dog, so you will get some unplanned wakeup barks if you are a light sleeper.
