I'm looking for a room with the CityFheps Voucher The maximum value is $1100 a month and the Utilities must be included in the Rent. I need access to the mailbox. I'm non religious, no pets. Economics are forcing me to rent a room. I'm having some medical problems and I might not be working for the next few months, I need a spinal operation. I'm responsible for 30% of the gross as payment for the Rent once I start working. I'm hoping to live with people that live their own lives I want to be cordial but i would prefer as much privacy as i can. I have trouble walking so I might not be as active as I would like to in general. Hoping potential roommates will understand.
