I typically keep to myself and rarely have guests over. I do prefer a tidy environment but I grew up in a huge family so I'm not going to be upset by a few dishes in the sink or some clothes lying on the floor.

Always willing to lend a hand and I am a very understanding person. As long as you're not throwing a party every night or bringing friends over really late, there's very little to discourage me from being your roommate!

Il'm looking for a roommate who will be added on to my current lease!
$1000 is including utilities which will be covered by myself. I've already been here for a year and the community is amazing. This apartment is in the IMT Riverview community, right across from Sloan Park, the training stadium for the Cubs!
You'll have your own bathroom (which is surprisingly bigger than I expected), but of course if guests are over, it'd be the one they use.
Completely shared living space, from the kitchen to the living room. The TV is also a 4k OLED as well which makes for great movie nights.
My rules are pretty limited, no smoking at all within the apartment or that patio, what you do in your own room is your business, guests are more than welcome to come by at all hours of the day so long as they're respectful and not too loud, anything in the kitchen is yours to use, pots, pans, plates, utensils. If there's anything in the fridge you'd like to use, just ask, I'I almost always say yes!
