I typically keep to myself and rarely have guests over. I do prefer a tidy environment but I grew up in a huge family so I'm not going to be upset by a few dishes in the sink or some clothes lying on the floor.

Always willing to lend a hand and I am a very understanding person. As long as you're not throwing a party every night or bringing friends over really late, there's very little to discourage me from being your roommate!
