We have a huge 4 bedroom loft, and we are looking to fill in one of the bedrooms.

The room is a nice size, easily fits a queen bed, dresser, and small desk or vanity. There is a medium wall closet built in as well.

We are located on the ground floor, with a private backyard and HUGE amounts of living space. It feels almost empty even with 5 people living here! We are 3 min walk from the L train, and 10 min walk to the J/M and the G.

We are all twenty-something's that work a lot, and like to have fun on the weekend. This is an awesome spot for people that want to make friends. We are pretty mellow and quiet during the week. Everyone is extremely respectful of one another and we like to keep the place very clean.
