Hello. I’m a creative, healthy, responsible, and clean professional. I work in Midtown (Times Square area) usually 5 days a week. I’m friendly and happy to socialize, but I highly value privacy and personal space, and I will respect yours. I keep a busy schedule and spend a good amount of time in my room (relaxing or working on my projects) which makes me very easy to live with. I’m thoughtful and I always clean up after myself. You won’t have any issues with me in that area. And I dare say you won’t have any issues with me — as far as being a good Housemate — in any areas. I know how to happily share a home and to do it well. I’m hoping you do, too. I pay my bills on time and my credit is good. I’m just looking for someplace clean and safe to be for the next 1-2 years. NO CATS, PLEASE. I LOVE THEM, BUT I AM HIGHLY ALLERGIC.
